Lender: Loan services on the platform are provided by Samsara Finance Private Limited, a third-party non-banking financial company (NBFC). When you apply for a loan, the data you provide may be shared with Samsara Finance Private Limited to assess your eligibility for loans and for the disbursement and management of such loans. Samsara Finance Private Limited is responsible for the processing of data related to your loan application and financial transactions.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data with Samsara Finance Private Limited and other third-party service providers as necessary to offer the services of the platform.

This includes your name, email address, phone number, usernames, account details, passwords, employment status, years of employment, occupation, income details, and other identity-related data shared during registration and service use. This data aids in processing your loan requests, validating your identity, evaluating your creditworthiness, and furnishing the requested services.
Identification details：user name, address, contact information (relationship, name, and phone number), marital status, PAN number, bank name, bank account number, and IFSC details, and monthly salary, as well as employment information such as employment duration, income details, pay date, and occupation.
Credit Information Companies (CIC): evaluate user’s creditworthiness and verification documents like user’s PAN card, Aadhaar card, facial recognition data, and biometric authentication for identity verification.
We collect personal contacts' names and phone numbers, account details like usernames, passwords, preference settings, and transaction history, and any other data required for regulatory compliance by the Reserve Bank of India or other relevant Indian laws. We also monitor your interactions with our platform, including pages viewed, navigation patterns, and engagement metrics, to deliver, personalize, maintain, and improve our services.
Account Management and Verification: To set up and manage your account, including verifying your identity and contact details, and to conduct mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Loan Processing and Facilitation: To process loan applications and work with our Lending Partners, who are registered with the Reserve Bank of India, to disburse loans.
Service and Security Enhancements: To promptly respond to customer service requests and support needs while analyzing location and device information to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and ensuring the security of user accounts and transactions.
Service Providers: To help us operate the app, process loan applications, conduct credit checks, analyze data, and provide other services on our behalf.
Identity Verification: To verify your identity for KYC purposes, perform credit profiling for loan facilitation, analyze platform usage, diagnose technical issues, and maintain security.
Communication: To send you notifications, information about products or services you request, process queries and applications, and inform you about other products or services you might find useful.
Data Analysis: To improve our services and products, comply with legal regulations, and enable you to access financial services from our lending partners.
